A good, basic mulling spice blend for mulled wines and ciders. Mulling spices may also be incorporated into the brewing process to make spiced beer.
Notes and Instructions
Simmer 2 tablespoons per gallon of cider or wine for 30-45 minutes. Strain (use mesh tea ball, muslin bag, or cheesecloth)
Cinnamon, orange peel, allspice, cloves
may be produced on machinery that packages tree nuts, soy, and dairy items. Our
