VOLUME DISCOUNT: We offer a line discount on most items. When ordering 5 or more units of the same item received a price break. The 5+ unit price is 10% off the 1 unit price. The 25+ unit price is 15% off the 1 unit price.
For orders over $200 we offer a 10% discount.
For orders over $500 we offer a 15% discount.
MINIMUM ORDER: Our minimum order is $30.00.
SHIPPING: Orders shipped to the conterminous 48 states ship out from our warehouse via UPS within 2 business days. International and PO Box addresses ship on Fridays. Post Office orders must be received by end of business day Wednesday to ship Friday.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: If you receive a damaged box or damaged merchandise inside, please call our customer service dept. and they will assist you.
RETURNS: If you are not satisfied with any product or service, please call our customer service department and have your invoice number available. All sales are final after 15 days of receipt.
REORDER POLICY: We do not backorder out of stock items. Customers are responsible for paying the freight on reordered items.
IRRADIATION: All our products are free from irradiation.
