Our retail location in San Francisco is open again alongside the rest of the county.You may still call at 415.861.7174 at least 2 hours in advance to have larger orders (15+ items) arranged by our warehouse staff prior to your arrival.We do not offer curbside pick-up — Please come inside to receive your order.Our office phone hours: 9am to 4:30pm PST — shipping Monday through Friday.Orders typically ship within 2 business days, however due to high volume UPS is no longer guaranteeing on-time delivery.UPS shipments may be delayed in California, Oregon and Washington due to wildfires.We sincerely appreciate your understanding, patience and business over the course of this year!
