Description
Common blend of chili
powder and spices used in the USA, especially California and New Mexico for
chili and beans. Mild heat (700-1300 heat units on the Scoville scale) with a
dark red color. May be treated with a maximum of 100ppm Ethoxyquin as an
anti-oxidant.
Ingredients
Chili peppers, cumin,
garlic, salt, oregano, coriander, allspice, cloves, may contain up to 2%
silicon dioxide as a flow agent
