Vietnamese cinnamon, Saigon cinnamon has a strong cinnamon flavor, and is a
deep brown with rich hotness. Has around a 5% oil content, whereas most other
cinnamons have about a 2.5% oil content. Good for dishes where cinnamon is key
ingredient (e.g. cinnamon buns).
