Also known as
Curaçao, Seville, Bigarade, and Sour orange peel. Large pieces (about 1/2-inch)
of peel cut while still green. Belgian Witbier (white beer) is made from wheat
which is spiced with the peel of bitter orange. Bitter orange is used as an
ingredient in bitters and in the Nordic mulled wine Glögg.
