Dried, cut, and
sifted pieces of orange peel. Cut size is approximately 1/4 inch (5mm).
Turkish and Moroccan orange peel is not as deep orange in color, nor as sweet,
as California orange peel (Product ID 289). Similar in flavor to Spanish (ID# 143),
but not quite as bright.
