Description
Dried, cut, and
sifted pieces of Valencia (Spanish) orange peel. Cut size is approximately 1/4 inch (5mm).
Valencia orange peel is not as deep orange in color, nor as sweet, as Navel (California) orange peel (Product ID 289), but is brighter and more complex in flavor due to
presence of more pith. Spanish orange peel is generally the preferred orange
peel for tea blending and for flavoring the wort of Belgian Witbier (white
beer).
