Description
There are two types of savory, Summer and Winter, and both are characteristic and have notes of thyme, mint, and marjoram. We normally carry Summer Savory, but at times we may offer Winter Savory which is slightly earthier and subdued. Savory is best known for its use in herbs de provence mixes, and goes well with fowl, sausages, stews, and meat pies.
